 Conrad's Cleaning Service, Inc. was founded in 1994 by Mary Conrad, Owner & Operator. In 2003 we moved the business from our 'At Home Office,' to our current office building off of Old Dixie Highway in Vero Beach, Florida. Conrad's Cleaning Service, Inc. became incorporated in 2004 and became a member of Building Service Contractor's Association International (BSCAI) in 2005. We became members of the International Sanitary Supplies Association (ISSA) in 2007. In addition, Conrad's Cleaning Service, Inc. is a member of the Treasure Coast Builders Association, Indian River Chamber of Commerce, and the National Assocaition of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
At Conrad's Cleaning Service, Inc. we pride ourselves in Customer Satisfaction. We understand opening your home and/or business to workers may be a concern to you. We provide background checks on all of our employees for your protection. We instruct our employees to report any discrepancies they find that may indicate a problem exists with the residence or business upon their arrival. We are a drug free workplace and all of our employees are licensed, bonded and insured. We carry Worker's Compensation and General Liability Insurance. All workers are legal workers with some being fluent in Spanish.
Our employees wear a colorful shirt with our company logo on it along with khaki shorts or slacks. Our employees are well groomed, since we understand an employees appearance will have an effect on our customer's perception of what quality of service may be provided.
