A Residential Cleaning consists of the following -
Cleaning All Bathrooms
Toilets, sinks, countertops, exterior cabinets, bathtubs/showers, shower doors, exterior medicine cabinets, exhaust fans, electrical plates, vacuum and mop floors, shine stainless steel fixtures, empty trash containers, wipe down flat surfaces, and mirrors.
Clean Kitchen Areas:
Light fixtures, exterior cabinets/drawers, wipe down exterior of all kitchen appliances (refrigerator, stove, countertop appliances, etc.), sink, vacuum and mop floor, shine stainless steel fixtures, empty trash containers, electrical plates, and wipe down flat surfaces.
We will do oven cleaning and refrigerator interiors by special request for an additional fee.
Clean Bedrooms and other rooms within the residence:
Doors, door frames, light fixtures, wall hangings, wipe down all flat surfaces, clean mirrors, freshen up and make beds, electrical plates, vacuum and mop floors and vacuum carpets.
Ceiling fans are cleaned in each room if the resident has them at no extra charge.
Conrad's Cleaning Service, Inc. furnishes all the supplies and equipment for the job. We only use cleaning practices and products that are 'Green Seal' and EPA certified.
