Mary Conrad - Owner/President

• Mary founded Conrad's Cleaning Service, Inc. in 1994 - starting as owner operator in the company. Now she is the president and she handles the day to day running of the company.

• Mary is the mother of 3 children, some of whom have been involved in the business.

• Mary has been involved in the green cleaning industry and movement since 2006. When she gets the time and opportunity she loves to attend industry seminars and workshops to keep up with what's new. This passion and dedication is carried over into her business and daily life ensuring that you the client gets the best possible green cleaning service.

• Mary is a published author having authored a chapter on 'Green Cleaning' in the 'Green Cleaning Facilities Handbook - Simple and Profitable Strategies for Managers' by Dr. Eric Woodroof (2009).

• Mary is involved in the local Treasure Coast business networking groups as well as various community groups.

• She is a member of the Indian River Chamber of Commerce, Treasure Coast Builders Association (TCBA) and the Green Building Council (TCBA).

Deborah Pate - Vice President/Co-owner

 

• Deborah has been a partner in the business since 1998.

•  Deborah is responsible for research and special projects. She looks at new products and procedures to see which items meet the needs of our clients. She is responsible for reviewing the policy and procedures of our company to ensure we are up to date and informed about the newest changes adopted as 'Green' from Green Seal, EPA, Carpet and Rug Institute, and the United States Green Building Council.

• Deborah also assists with articles for publishers and magazines requesting information or input on upcoming articles.

• She is also an affiliate member of the Treasure Coast Builders Association, Florida Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders and Green Building Counsel.

• Deborah was enlisted in the United States Coast Guard were she learned a lot about cleaning in addition to helping distressed boaters.

• Deborah is also passionate about the green cleaning and green living.
