Conrad's Cleaning Service, Inc. was founded in 1994 by Mary Conrad, as owner & operator.

In 2003 we moved the business from our 'At Home Office,' to our current office building off of Old Dixie Highway in Vero Beach, Florida. Conrad's Cleaning Service, Inc. was incorporated in 2004 and we have been in business serving clients like you since then.  

We are an active member of the Treasure Coast Builders Association, The Green Building Council (TCBA), and Indian River Chamber of Commerce,

Conrad's Cleaning Service, Inc. is an industry leader in green cleaning, and Mary Conrad is now a published author. She was asked to author a chapter on 'Green Cleaning' in the recently published book - 'Green Facilities Handbook - Simple and Profitable Strategies for Managers' by Eric A. Woodroof Ph.D, CEM, CRM.

As a service business, we understand that opening your home and/or business to outside workers may be a concern to you. Because of this we do a comprehensive background check on all of our employees for your protection.

We also educate and instruct our employees to report any problems or issues they may find when arriving at your home or place of business. This could be issues as simple as a blown light bulb, or as serious as some potentially life threatening situation in your home or business. We will then take action from our office or contact you the client to report the problems.

We are a drug free work place and all of our employees are licensed, bonded and insured. We carry Worker's Compensation and General Liability Insurance.

Our employees wear a bright green shirt with our company logo on it, along with khaki shorts or slacks. Our employees are well groomed, since we understand that our employees appearance will have an effect on our customer's perception of what quality of service may be provided.
